Gina, blinded since childhood after a car accident that killed her parents, lives in Bangkok with her devoted husband James. He is her guide to the world and she seldom ventures outside their home. An experimental cornea transplant gives Gina back some of her sight, allowing her to see through her right eye. This newfound ability opens up a realm of unexplored colors and sensations for Gina. However, as she begins to see things more clearly, including James and herself in the mirror, she starts questioning whether everything is as James has described it.
