Trama
Tommy Gibbs, a tough young kid from the ghetto, dreams of becoming a kingpin criminal in Harlem, New York City. His journey begins when his leg is broken by a corrupt cop during a payoff gone bad. Nursing his vengeance, Tommy rises through the ranks, angry at both the racist criminal and straight societies around him. To attract the attention of the head of a Mafia family, Tommy performs a free-lance hit on a Mob contract. Reluctantly accepted into 'The Family,' Tommy grows increasingly independent and aggressive, eventually sparking a gang war.
