Trama
Climax follows a dance troupe who are lured to an empty school for a celebratory gathering after their final performance. As they enjoy themselves, someone spikes the sangria with LSD. Riepilogo
Gaspar Noé's 'Climax' (2018) is a surreal and provocative exploration of psychological disintegration set within the context of a dance troupe's post-performance gathering. Shot in long, uninterrupted takes, the film's opening scene is particularly enthralling as it introduces the characters and sets the stage for their descent into drug-induced madness. The movie caused both acclaim and revulsion upon its release at Cannes due to its explicit content and intense atmosphere.
