Trama
In 'The Color of Money', former pool hustler 'Fast Eddie' Felson (Paul Newman) comes out of retirement and takes young Vincent Lauria (Tom Cruise) under his wing to teach him the ropes of the game and make some money together. They travel across the country, playing in pool halls and honing their skills. Initially, the partnership works well, but tensions rise as Eddie grows frustrated with Vincent's flashy playing style, which attracts unwanted attention and scares off potential marks. This leads to a falling-out between the two. Eventually, they cross paths again as rivals on the pool hustling circuit.
