In the early 1980s, East German officer Martin Rauch (played by Jonas Nay) goes undercover in West Germany to gather information for his spy masters back home. Disguised as a West German soldier named Moritz Hermann, he must navigate the unfamiliar culture and customs while maintaining his loyalty to the GDR.
