Trama
Leo Breavman, a poet in his late twenties, has always believed he possesses the power to make things happen, much like a magician. As a child, he had this secret belief, and as an adult, he uses it to charm women. Despite his seemingly carefree attitude, Leo is in an identity crisis and ends his affair with Tamara to focus on his writing in New York. While working in a coffee shop, he meets Shell, a graphic designer who divides her time between Montreal and New York. The two share a glance, and soon after, Shell leaves her husband to engage in a passionate affair with Leo.
