In the swamps of Louisiana, a man's body is discovered mutilated, leading medical investigator Sam Rivers to investigate. He teams up with biologist Mary Callahan and travels to the victim's floating house, where they discover that giant genetically engineered Chinese snake-heads are attacking and killing locals.
