Trama
Roger Greenberg, a forty-year-old carpenter from New York City, comes to Los Angeles to housesit for his brother while he's on vacation. Roger hasn't been to L.A. in fifteen years and doesn't drive, so he relies heavily on Florence, the family's personal assistant who is also caring for their dog during their absence. Florence, a twenty-five-year-old, is initially helpful but grows frustrated with Roger's demanding and eccentric behavior. Despite his difficult nature, Roger connects with some of his former band-mates, two men and one woman, whom he has a history with. As Roger navigates his past and present, he struggles with his own self-sabotage. Over time, Florence begins to develop feelings for Roger, but it's unclear whether these feelings are reciprocated or if Roger sees Florence as just another responsibility.
