Riassunto
Heart of Transition is a performative story about a journey towards self-awareness in union with nature. It is a film form consisting of an extremely subtle, sincere and revealing performance. The participants share their struggles with difficult emotions and confronting their inner demons in a state of mental and physical nakedness, while engaging in a dialogue with the forest.
