Storia
Renowned novelist Georges Guerin struggles with writer's block until he meets Daisy, a young woman who claims to be a prostitute but weaves an engaging tale of her life that captivates Georges and becomes the plot for his next novel, 'I Only Love You'. As Georges and Daisy spend more time together discussing her life experiences, they develop tender feelings for each other. During a weekend in the countryside, their relationship turns romantic. However, on the day of the book launch in Montreal, Daisy does not appear, causing Georges distress as he is deeply enamored with her but doesn't know her address. Later, Georges travels to France for the promotional campaign and searches for Daisy. Tragically, he discovers from her parents that she had died of pancreatic cancer some time ago; she was actually his former student who harbored aspirations of becoming a writer herself.
