A sailor guides an American businessman and his girlfriend to a tropical island, where the businessman aims to build a luxury resort. Soon after their arrival, they encounter a mysterious voodoo couple who issue a grim warning about impending doom. The ominous prophecy is quickly fulfilled when hordes of zombified natives rise from their graves, craving human flesh. Meanwhile, the businessman's gold-digger girlfriend finds an unlikely ally in Luna, a possibly supernatural granddaughter of the island's shaman, who may hold the key to surviving the erotic nights of the living dead.
