Ne le dis à personne follows Dr. Alexandre Beck (François Cluzet), a pediatrician who lost his wife Margot eight years ago in a brutal murder that made him the prime suspect. The case remains unsolved, and Alex still mourns his wife's death. When two bodies are discovered near where Margot's corpse was found, the police reopen the investigation, putting Alex back under suspicion.
