Trama
New parents Kelly and Mac move into a quiet neighborhood with their newborn child. Their peaceful existence is disrupted when a fraternity house, led by President Teddy and his right-hand man Pete, moves in next door. Despite Mac's initial attempts to befriend them and requests to keep the noise down at night, tensions rise between the two groups, leading Mac to call the police. The college places the frat house on probation after multiple complaints. In retaliation for a prank pulled by Mac and Kelly, Teddy and Pete escalate their actions, leading to a series of hilarious and chaotic events involving Robert DeNiro parties and unexpected sexual encounters.
