Trama
During Spring Break in Miami, Florida, several teenagers are found electrocuted at the beach. The deaths bear similarities to a recent unsolved case involving biker gang leader Edward 'Diablo' Santer who was executed for murder but claimed innocence and vowed revenge from the grave.
