Riassunto
In Rio's gritty favelas, a rookie cop joins a corrupt-plagued precinct led by determined veterans. Their mission? To clean up crime and fight institutional rot amidst deep-seated mistrust from both citizens and superiors. Meanwhile, in a rural town, another honest squad arrives to combat soaring crime rates.
