Piero Cicala, once a popular singer in Italy during the 1980s, lives a humble life decades later until he receives an offer to participate in a TV show that explores pop culture history. Initially hesitant but ultimately accepting, Piero travels to Rome where he meets Tatia Cortès, a vibrant showgirl.
