Storia
Mirabelle Buttersfield, a recent college graduate and aspiring artist, works as a clerk at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills to make ends meet despite her substantial student loans. She leads a solitary life, struggling with chronic clinical depression. Two men enter her life: Jeremy, an amplifier salesman/font designer who doesn't seem to understand Mirabelle's needs; and Ray Porter, a wealthy fifty-something divorcée who is initially upfront about his unwillingness to commit but whom Mirabelle sees as her boyfriend nonetheless. Mirabelle falls in love with the glamorous Ray, and her life takes a magical turn. However, she eventually realizes that she must empower herself and make a choice between Jeremy and Ray.
