Tobias Jacobsen (52), head of an insurance company, receives devastating news: he has pancreatic cancer and only a few months to live. Initially overwhelmed with depression, Tobias begins a journey of emotional acceptance as he faces his impending death. A childhood memory surfaces in his mind - at age 13, neighbor's daughter Ida dared him to jump from a balcony using a parasol as a parachute. This remembered incident brings Tobias new insights into life and trust in himself. As he navigates his fate, Tobias discovers that even dark humor can help him through.
