Storia
In 1950, an English couple, Louise and Michael, travel to French-occupied Indochina with hopes of reigniting their marriage while covering a story on a French-owned rubber plantation. They are hosted by Daniel, the plantation overseer, and his daughter Viola in their decaying villa. However, they become entangled in the personal, sexual, and political tensions between the hosts.
