In 'Vladenie 18', newlyweds Sveta and Maxim move into Property 18 at Lilac Hills, attracted by affordable prices and spacious apartments. Their housewarming is brief as strange occurrences begin to plague them. Neighbors are hostile or absent, a security guard acts suspiciously, and they experience nightmarish visions.
