Storia
In the grimy streets of Budapest, three sisters—voluptuous Vida, demure Maria ('Sissy'), and enigmatic Ludmilla—share a dilapidated apartment. Their lives are intertwined with Yuri Petkov, a sleazy middle-aged pimp who manipulates them for his own pleasure. One fateful night, Ludmilla discovers Yuri's brutally murdered body stuffed inside their washing machine. However, when Inspector Stacev arrives to investigate, the corpse has inexplicably vanished. As the handsome inspector digs deeper into the sisters' web of deceit and sexual intrigue, he finds himself drawn into their twisted games, threatening his own life and morality.
Riassunto
'Vortice mortale', a 1993 Franco-Hungarian-Italian thriller directed by Ruggero Deodato, is a gripping tale of sex, lies, and murder set against the backdrop of Budapest's seedy underbelly. The film explores the destructive power dynamics between the three sisters and their manipulative lover, as well as the corruption that permeates their world. With its provocative themes and controversial content, 'Vortice mortale' challenges viewers with a brutal narrative that blurs the lines between drama, horror, and thriller.
