Florence Faivre was born and raised in Aix-en-Provence, France, but moved to Bangkok with her family during her adolescence. She began her career as a host for Thai television shows like 'Teentalk' and 'E for Teens', and later hosted various international programs across Southeast Asia. At 18, Faivre secured her first major film role in 'The Siam Renaissance' (2003), earning critical acclaim including a Best Actress nomination at the Bangkok International Film Festival. She then moved to New York City and starred in 'Chokdee' (2005) alongside Bernard Giraudeau. Faivre also acted in 'The Elephant King' (2007), which won several international film festival awards, and 'The Coffin' (2008).
