Suzanne had previously targeted Debra, another woman, during her murderous rampage. Dr. Thompson decides to bring Suzanne face-to-face with Debra in hopes of helping both women overcome their traumatic experiences. However, the encounter does not go as planned. Instead of facilitating recovery, it leads to a reversal of roles where Suzanne and Debra become victims of the obsessed psychiatrist.
