Lisa Kay's fascination for performing arts began at the tender age of four when she commenced ballet lessons. During her adolescence, she secured a full scholarship to attend the Royal Ballet School, setting her on a trajectory towards a professional ballet career. However, a debilitating knee injury prematurely ended her ballet aspirations. She subsequently shifted her focus to acting, enrolling in courses at the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theater School. Following three years of rigorous training, Lisa debuted in stage productions before making her television debut in 1998, marking the start of an uninterrupted career.
Lisa's fame grew within the UK after she landed the role of Carol in the popular TV series Heartbeat. While she occasionally graces the silver screen, most of Lisa's work is on television, with notable appearances in shows like Home & Away and Casualty.
