Dakota Mayi Johnson, born on October 4, 1989, is an American actress known for her role as Anastasia Steele in the 'Fifty Shades' film series (2015-2018). She started acting at age ten with a minor role in 'Crazy in Alabama' (1999), and later had a minor part in 'The Social Network' (2010) before her breakthrough. Johnson has since appeared in various films including 'Black Mass', 'A Bigger Splash', 'How to Be Single', 'Suspiria', 'Bad Times at the El Royale', 'The Peanut Butter Falcon', 'The Lost Daughter', 'Cha Cha Real Smooth', and is set to star in 'Madame Web' (2024).
