Storia

In a dystopian New York City of the near future controlled by a fascistic government, a deadly plague has taken hold, infecting a substantial portion of the population. In response, the tyrannical government establishes quarantine camps, offering no alternative but death for those afflicted. Torch, a gutsy rebel, emerges as a leader in an underground effort to save the infected by spiriting them away to humane sanctuary.
