Liv Lisa Fries, born and raised in Berlin's Pankow borough, gained international recognition as Charlotte Ritter in 'Babylon Berlin' (2017). She aspired to act at 14 after watching Natalie Portman in 'Léon: The Professional'. Her debut was in 'Schimanski' (2006), followed by notable roles in 'Sie hat es verdient' (2010) and 'Und morgen Mittag bin ich tot' (2013), earning her several awards.
