Storia
NY84 follows three young artists navigating New York's downtown art scene in the early 1980s. Kate, Anton, and Keith are carefree, partying and pursuing their creative passions through music, painting, and photography in the clubs and lofts of Alphabet City. The narrative takes a dark turn in 1984 when Anton and Keith contract 'gay cancer,' later identified as HIV/AIDS. As Kate's music career begins to flourish, she tries to support her friends and navigate the emerging epidemic with them.
Riassunto
