Tenika Davis was born July 16 in Toronto, Canada and raised in the small town of Newmarket, Ontario. It was at 10 years old, Tenika discovered a keen interest in public speaking and the performing arts, it was at that point she began entering various speech competitions and having her voice heard by audiences. It was also at this age that Tenika began intensively training in the highly disciplined martial art of Taekwondo, almost instantly she excelled and began competing at a national level, earning numerous gold metals, trophies and awards for her outstanding abilities. Not only did her training provide an excellent outlet for the enthusiastic and energetic youngster, it would also prove to be a fortunate precursor for the start of her professional acting career. Tenika Davis began her career as one of the finalists on the first season of the famed reality TV series "Canada's Next Top Model". After completing the show she signed with world-renowned top modeling agency Ford Models. Tenika's talent, determination and hard work allowed her to land her first lead role in the indie hit, 'Jumping the Broom' alongside Angela Bassett, Paula Patton, Loretta Devine and Meagan Good amongst many others well-known talents.
