Christine Hung starred as Ximen Rou, the daughter of wealthy Ximen Jian, in the 1996 Hong Kong film 'Yuk po tuen II: Yuk lui sam ging'. The story revolves around her relationship with scholar Huadao and her father's lustful pursuit of her. Despite marrying off his idiot son to a beautiful wife, Ximen Jian covets Rou's beauty, leading him to satisfy his desires with concubines. However, one of these concubines, Magic Ji (played by Shu Qi), is revealed to be a witch who drains Ximen Jian's essence using yin yang magic. The film depicts the struggle between Ximen and Magic Ji, as well as their attempts to uncover each other's conspiracies.
