Angèle Humeau starred as Fernande, the first wife of Japanese artist Foujita, in the movie 'Foujita' (2015). The film chronicles Foujita's life from his rise to fame in Paris during the 1920s to his return to Japan during World War II and eventual return to France where he built the chapel 'Notre Dame de la Paix' in Reims.
