Carmen Weber is a European actress who rose to international attention in the early 1980s. She is most recognized for her performance in the cult classic drama "Tendres cousines" (1980), directed by the aestheticist photographer David Hamilton. In this coming-of-age story set just before the outbreak of World War II, Weber played the role of Madeleine, starring alongside Anja Schüte and Machal Bat-Adam.
