Born in Sydney, Australia, on October 11, 1972, Claudia Black has established herself as a formidable presence in international television, particularly within the science fiction and fantasy genres. After early success in Australian productions like the soap opera A Country Practice and guest appearances on Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, she achieved global stardom as Aeryn Sun in the cult classic series Farscape. Her commanding performance as the renegade Peacekeeper earned her multiple Saturn Award nominations and a win for Best Actress.
