Janina Elkin is a British-German actress. Born in Kyiv (Ukraine) and raised in Germany, she works between London, Berlin, and Los Angeles. Known for her roles in "The Queen's Gambit," "The Undeclared War," "Tatort," and "Sayonara Loreley," She speaks fluent German, Russian, English, Spanish, and Ukrainian. She studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Institute in New York and has been working as an actress on stage as well as in film and television.
