Lexa Doig, born Alexandra Lecciones Doig on June 8, 1973 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is a Canadian actress of Filipino and Scottish-Irish descent. She began acting at age nine after watching 'Porgy and Bess' and started modeling at 16, dropping out of her final year in high school to pursue acting. Known for her roles as the title character in 'Andromeda' (2000-2005) and Rowan in 'Jason X' (2002), she is also a cousin of American martial artists Rey-Phillip Santos and Rowland Santos.
