Born as Denisa Balážová, the actress known professionally as Nikita Denise was born on July 25, 1976, in Brno, in what was then Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic).
She began her career in the late 1990s, quickly becoming a prominent figure in the adult film industry under the stage names Nikita or Nikita Denise. Standing 5' 8" (1.73 m) tall, she was known for her athletic build and striking blue eyes. Her work often crossed into mainstream-adjacent "softcore" erotic dramas of that era, such as the 1998 series "The Profession".
Throughout her career, she achieved significant industry recognition, most notably winning the AVN Female Performer of the Year award in 2002. In addition to her acting roles, she also ventured into directing before largely retiring from the industry in the mid-2000s.
