In her early twenties, she debuted under the stage name 'P.J.' in explicit hardcore films. Initially known for heterosexual scenes, P.J. insisted on condom use to mitigate AIDS risks, later shifting focus to predominantly lesbian roles.
A versatile performer, Sparxx also stripteased during her pornographic heyday, collaborating with fellow adult film star Jill Kelly as the stage duo 'Fire and Ice'.
