Sarah Alida Short is an Italian-British actress born in 1999 in the Piedmont region of Italy. Raised in a multicultural environment, she is trilingual, speaking English, Italian, and French fluently. She pursued her professional acting education at the Accademia dei Filodrammatici in Milan and later moved to London to attend the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
She gained international recognition for her starring role as Maia in the 2023 film Clorofilla (Chlorophyll), a performance that showcased her ability to navigate surreal and emotional narratives. Beyond this breakout role, her career includes appearances in the film Ordinary Justice (2020) and the television series Marconi.
