"Shara Connolly, a New Zealand native born on May 29, 1988, is an actress renowned for her roles in 'The Shannara Chronicles', 'Power Rangers Dino Charge', and the Amazon Original series 'American Playboy: The Hugh Hefner Story'. Born in Auckland, New Zealand, Connolly made her acting debut in the television movie 'Eddie’s Million Dollar Cook-Off' in 2003. In 'American Playboy', which is a biopic drama chronicling the early days of the Playboy empire and utilizing over 17,000 hours of Hugh Hefner's personal footage and more than 2,600 scrapbooks, Connolly portrays Barbi Benton, Hefner's girlfriend.
