Born on March 18, 1970, in Oberhausen, Germany, Suzan Anbeh (also known as Susan Anbeh) is a prominent German actress of Iranian and French descent. Growing up with a German mother and an Iranian father, she moved to Paris at the age of 17 to pursue a modeling career before transitioning into acting. She completed her acting studies in Paris at the Ecole du Passage, studying under renowned instructors like Niels Arestrup.
Anbeh gained international recognition in the mid-1990s with her role in the Hollywood romantic comedy "French Kiss" (1995), where she played the rival to Meg Ryan's character. Throughout her prolific career, she has appeared in over 100 film and television productions across Germany, France, and the United States, including notable roles in the drama "Agnes and His Brothers" (2004) and the crime series "Der Kriminalist".
