Tineke Caels is a Flemish actress who has performed both on stage and on television. She comes from the Limburg city of Sint-Truiden. She is best known for her role as Dorien de Backer, which she played from 2006 to 2009 in the popular series "Thuis". She also starred in LouisLouise (2009).
