Sarah Small was born and raised in Mendocino, California. She attended a Balkan folk song and dance camp there as an adult, where she reunited with her old friend Isolde and rediscovered a song about dragons that carry women off through the forest. During this time, Sarah pursued a romantic relationship with another camper named Steph. The romance led to a conflict between Sarah's reality and fantasy, as she began to have vivid dreams about spinning hair and dark approaches from Isolde.

Storia
